We know that good things take time, which is why our pork and lamb is slow-cooked overnight and our poached eggs are sous vide at 63 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. Everything is made in-house and from scratch, ensuring that everything leaving our kitchen is how it should be. We’ve also aligned ourselves with great Christchurch coffee from the team at C4 Coffee, while our hot chocolate is made with Whittaker’s.
